The client was Resitech, a project management company owned by the NSW Department of Housing.

The project was to replace the existing, but dated, contract administration system. Again, the solution was a SQL Server database with a fat client built in Microsoft Access. Approximately $400m construction expenditure needed to be managed, with strict tracking of cost and time variations.
