  Project Management System Minimize

The client was Resitech, a project management company owned by the NSW Department of Housing.

The challenge was to manage property maintenance and upgrading work on 10,000 separate properties per year. The solution was a SQL Server database with a fat client built in Microsoft Access.

Different types of work required different milestones to be tracked. Upgrading work on multiple properties is able to be batched for allocation to a contractor.

The system was linked to the existing finance system to allow contractor payments to be managed.

Extensive reporting on progress of work, as well as investigative reporting on finished work, was provided with Excel worksheets that link directly to the database.
